Originally designed by the esteemed Serbian-American architect and scholar, Dr. George Krstic, Stallion House honors the original concept with only minimal changes to the floorplan as requested by the owner. Our primary focus was on refining the building envelope and enhancing the interiors. Utilizing BIM for the design and documentation allowed us to create high-quality visuals, which played a crucial role in securing swift approvals from both the owners and city officials. The project was successfully completed and opened in 2023.
