In Collaboration with IDEA and Studio 3113, we worked on yet another competition for NEOM. This time it was Magna- an ultra-high-end residential urban development centered around a marina.
Our proposal was built on strong geometric juxtaposition with the stark natural environment- as if a giant laser cut out the marina from the earth and seared the main canal into the mouth of the mountain. Massive Crisscrossing shapes of the hotel mark the marina entry. The villas are dispersed through the landscape, ascending the gentle slope, providing panoramic views for every unit.
Few ultra-high-end residences are perched on top of the mountain, with access to the underground yacht port compound. Step aside, James bond villain 
