In collaboration with IDEA and Studio 3113, we embarked on the design journey to create a high-end urban development in NEOM like no other. The masterplan resembles a silicone circuit board- something borne of sand, but so complex it transcends into another dimension. An iconic structure marks the marina. The buildings are simple and brutal, true to the beauty of the stark environment. The infrastructure is invisible. Living in nature, with nature, and at the same time- in supreme luxury.
